  Idk 🤷‍♂️ how anyone could give anything but 5 stars. They have been nothing short of amazing with us and our projects… can’t thank you 🙏 all enough. Steve in particular has been fantastic and deserves a raise 😎. Had an issue with our thermostat and we live in Arizona contacted them this morning. They got there today. Fix the problem.   They have been incredible to work with! They've rerouted plumbing in our home, from moving water lines to feed our water softener, to reorganizing our laundry room plumbing and drainage set up and installation of plumbing fixtures and bathroom exhaust fan through the ceiling and roof. Each time we've contacted them they have been incredibly courteous and professional.  The same is true when they've been at our home working. We will continue to use this company for any future repairs or upgrades. Total work was : moved water softener, installed new pex to reroute water lines, installed new drain for wash tube and washing machine, hooked up water and drainage to new wash tube, ran new pex lines to feed our refrigerator, installed a toilet, routed our new bath fan into our attic and through the roof, fixed improper water line connections on the water heater and lastly came back to fix our bathtop drain leak.

  Jay came this morning to do a backflow test, he was very kind, and personable.  He went out of his way to make tags and label them for which turn off and on was the main water, and the sprinkler etc.  I’m on disability and kids home sick, and it’s a mess, trim down as we did flooring and putting new trim in. Floor in bathroom tore up to do tile, door handle off and taped because it’s being replaced.  Young boys are messy and break a lot of stuff haha! Love those kids, and he came in and didn’t make a fuss about the mess , and was kind to myself. Thanks Jay

  Logan came out on a service call to fix my air conditioner. He was great. He went way beyond my expectations in both fixing the issue for the broken air conditioner and giving me some very helpful tips in keeping things with the air conditioner running well. It was definitely “top-shelf” service. Logan should be seen as a very valuable member of the team at Reliable.

Dear Reliable,

We lost our boiler during the ice storm and decided to use Reliable to replace our boiler and repair our boiler pipes that had split. I am very pleased with the service that we received and the professionalism that Reliable provided with their services. Our new boiler works great and is very quiet. We would highly recommend the two individuals who installed our system. I was very pleased with the service and felt very comfortable leaving my house while they were there. They installed the new system in a matter of hours, not days, and showed us how to operate the new boiler and advised us to call if we had any issues or concerns.
